Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin update: version 8.1.7

The Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin (SCP) has been updated to version 8.1.7 which solves a few bugs and adds the options to download Sentinel-2 images from the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem.

This update adds a new option in the "Download products" to login to the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem and allowing for searching and downloading Sentinel-2 images. In the future, this will allow for the download of other Copernicus products too.

This function requires Remotior Sensus to be updated at least to version 0.1.24.
