Minor Update: Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin v. 3.0.6

This post is about a minor update for the Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin for QGIS, version 3.0.6.

Following the changelog:

-fixed another bug with Python Subprocess and Windows 64 bit
-ask for QGIS restarting after plugin update

This update fixes an issue with Python Subprocess during the signature calculation in Windows 64 bit.
Also, a message asks for the required restarting of QGIS after a plugin update.
