Major Update: Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin v. 7.9.0

This post is about a new update of the Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin v. 7.9.0

Following the changelog:
-preprocessing of Landsat and Sentinel-2 bands are now converted to UInt16 with scale 0.0001 to reduce file size
-added Landsat 8 band 1 processing
-fixed clip multiple rasters by coordinates
-fixed Classification report for degree unit

This update changes the data format of processed Landsat and Sentinel-2 bands, which are are now converted to UInt16 with scale 0.0001 to reduce file size. Basically, this allows to virtually have a Float16 band (instead of Float32) which reduces the files size. The processed bands are now almost half the file size of the bands processed with previous version of the Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin, without any significant loss of information.

Also, the Landsat 8 band 1 has been added to the preprocessing workflow and is now converted to reflectance.
Other minor fixes were implemented, and the Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin v. 7.9.0 is compatible with the latest version of QGIS.
